1. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
   
   We charge a flat $9.95 for shipping within Australia and a flat $19.95 AUD for shipments to New Zealand.
   
   
2. WHICH CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
   
   All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
   
   
3. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
   
   Orders are despatched from Sydney NSW within 1 business day. Lead times for Australia Post may vary but are quoted on their website as 2+ business days. With this in mind, please allow 5-10 working days for your order to arrive.
   
   
4. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
   
   Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns for any reason. Please select your products carefully and reach out to us if you have any questions at all. If the product you have received is incorrect or damaged, please contact us for a resolution.
